Services & Pricing
How much is an oil change?
A full synthetic oil change is about $150 and a conventional oil change is about $115. Our Combo Wombo oil change service includes a tire rotation, wiper replacement, and full safety inspection at no extra cost.
How much is a diagnostic?
It depends on what we're diagnosing: Coolant Pressure Test — $0-50 (can be waived), Charging/Starting/Battery Test — $0-50 (can be waived), A/C Diagnostic — $400-$650 dependent on type of refrigerant, General Diagnostic — $250 (covers Evap, Electrical/Parasitic, and general issues), Inspection — Included in basic service ($120 as a stand alone service), Code Scans — $59.
Do you need an appointment for an oil change?
Appointments are not required but highly encouraged to ensure the fastest service.
Do you offer pre-purchase inspections?
Yes! Our pre-purchase inspections are $250.
Do you offer alignments?
Yes, we offer wheel alignments.
Do you offer performance modifications?
No, we do not offer performance modification services at this time.
Can you inspect vehicles for Uber, Lyft, or Turo?
Yes, our ASE-certified technicians are qualified to perform rideshare inspections.
Do you service Diesels?
Yes, for regular maintenance only — oil changes, tires, brakes, and suspension work.
Do you service Electric or Hybrid vehicles?
Yes, our ASE-certified technicians service all vehicle types. EVs and Hybrids receive special consideration during diagnostics.
Do you keep tires in stock?
Yes, we keep some tires in stock and in most cases we are able to have tires delivered same-day.
Do you sell used tires?
No, but we offer great deals on new ones!
Will you install a part that I've already purchased?
Unfortunately, we do not install customer-supplied parts.
Booking & Scheduling
How long will my appointment take?
Plan to leave your car for at least half a day. Most services take 2-6 hours depending on what's needed. We'll give you a more specific estimate after we inspect your vehicle. If you need your car back by a certain time, let us know when you check in.
Can I wait at the shop?
Yes, but we recommend dropping off. Our waiting area has free coffee and Wi-Fi, but most services take several hours. We'll keep you updated by text so you can go about your day.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem — use the link in your confirmation email or text, or just call us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible, but we understand life happens.
Do you have an after hours drop off?
Yes, we offer after hours drop off.
Transportation & Convenience
Do you have a tow service?
We do not have a tow service but we recommend using Ray's Towing.
What to Expect
What happens after I drop off my car?
Check-in — We confirm your concerns and contact info (5-10 min). Inspection — Our technician inspects your vehicle and documents findings with photos. Review call — Your service advisor calls to explain what we found and give you options. Your decision — You approve what you want done (no pressure). Service — We complete the approved work. Pickup — We text you when it's ready.
Will you do work without my approval?
Never. We inspect first, then call you with findings and pricing. You decide what gets done. The only exception is if we discover a critical safety issue — we'll always call you immediately.
How do you handle pricing?
You'll get an exact quote before any work begins. If we find something unexpected during the repair, we'll call you before proceeding. No surprises on your invoice.
I'm nervous about being upsold. How do I know I can trust you?
We get it — the industry has a bad reputation. Here's how we're different: We show you photos and videos of exactly what we found. We explain WHY something needs attention, not just WHAT. We tell you what can wait and what's urgent. We never pressure you — it's always your decision. Check our Google reviews to see what other customers say.
At the Shop
Where do I park?
Park in any open spot near our front entrance. Our team will move your car to the service bay.
What do I need to bring?
Just your keys. That's it. We have your information from booking. If you have concerns to discuss, jot them down so you don't forget.
Can I add concerns after I've dropped off?
Yes! Call us or reply to any text we send. We're happy to look into additional concerns during the inspection.
How will I know what's happening with my car?
We'll text you updates: when we start inspecting, when results are ready, and when your car is ready for pickup.
What if I can't afford everything right now?
No problem. We'll help you prioritize. Safety items come first, then we can schedule other work for later. We also offer financing through Affirm, Klarna, and SunBit.
Pickup & Payment
How will I know my car is ready?
We'll text you with confirmation it's ready, a summary of what was done, your total, and pickup instructions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing through Affirm, Klarna, and SunBit.
Warranty
What is your warranty on parts and labor?
We offer a 24-month or 24,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers parts we install and the labor associated with those parts.
Is the warranty nationwide?
Yes, our warranty is honored nationwide.
